They were out of Cheese and Meats so we couldn’t order a the Baltic platter as an app sweet potato fries didn’t come out with 1 main meal and no offer to even take $1.00 off that meal. Sorry but zero Excuse it was only 5pm and 1 other table in the entire place had patrons.

We were there on a very slow night by that I mean there was only 1 table with anyone sitting and we had to wait to be seated for more then 5 minutes then after being seated noticed dirty napkins on the floor. The service was slow but the food was good.

Great ethic food, nice portions at reasonable prices
From the moment we walked in felt like family ... Our waitress Victoria was incredible , great recommendations , answered all our questions ... very attentive with out llingering around... Great Asset to the company
We've been going to Baltic for years & it keeps getting better! The menu has delicious Polish favorites that we've always loved, but the chef also experiments with new cuisine to keep things interesting. The waitstaff is always friendly & attentive & the restaurant is beautiful.

Servers were nice but seemed to be short on menus. It took a bit to get them. The food was good. Overall nice place to go for a dinner out.
Th food was excellent. However, we weren't given a drink menu and had to ask, we also weren't given bread and had to ask, additionally when they ran out of menu items like the soup and potato pancake, they didn't tell us in advance to ask what we would like instead they just gave us an alternative and when they brought it to the table asked if it was okay.
I’ve been going to the Baltic restaurant for years. Itwas the first time we were dissatisfied. We ordered the shrimp and pasta dish but the shrimp were baby shrimp that were hard and had no taste. The dish has always been delicious before but these were not the nice sized shrimp that had always been used before. We were so disappointed! The waitress was very nice and offered another choice. My friend finished hers although she was not happy with the shrimp. I didn’t eat mine and the waitress replaced it with an order of a choice of Polish pastries which I didn’t realize until I got home. I thought it was an order of mixed Polish food like the Gdansk. It was the first time that I didn’t enjoy the meal I had ordered but I’ll just remember not to order that shrimp dish again. I will return , though because everything is usually very tasty there. I especially love their potato pancakes!

The food and the service are both exceptional!!!! Cannot wait to go back again. The best part is that the staff knows so much about the food and was so helpful in asking what our taste preferences are and then recommending certain items. We went with all of our waitresses recommendations and couldn't have been more pleased.

There was a TV on at the bar area very loud and it completely took over the ambiance of the dining experience. It was very distracting. There was wonderful music in the background but it was the background as the TV took the foreground. The food was very good and we tried many different items.
Great atmosphere, great food
Quality seems to have gone downhill in the past year or so. There are very few diners, which suggests others feel the same way we do.
Very interesting menu and perfectly prepared. Everyone enjoyed the meal and each spoke of bringing friends in the future.

There didn't seem to be anyone at door to greet and seat you. Waited 5 minutes for bartender to come over and sit us and it was not busy.
We loved the Restaurant and our dining experience! We had very nice music playing and then it changed to Mexican songs so we thought it was funny because it didn't match with the Restaurant's beautiful ambiance. Overall, everything was fantastic! Our server was so very nice and sweet!
Stuffed cabbage was sooo good. Pierogies were tasty. Beet salad was great. Caesar Salad had way too much anchovy. Potato pancakes were kinda too oily... but tasty in a guilty way. Service was good... though our server had only us.
Their Polish food is absolutely delicious! All their other dishes are also very good. The servers are very pleasant and anxious to please.I've never had a bad meal there.

Once we got seated, we got our menus but had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence at the table. The host who seated us had to come over and take our order, and ended up serving us all night. He was a great host and no complaints from the food. I understand it was Valentine's Day dinner, but the restaurant seemed under staffed....
It was a little cold in the restaurant. Food wasn't that hot. Service was great though.

Portions were on the small side, prices slightly high compared to other local polish choices. Service was pretty bad, took a long time to order, served and check.Starpolska much better, less than 5 minutes away.

Good food, I would have given a 5 overall if the atmosphere was better. It was nice but it was barren and cold. Worth it for sure though.

Horrible service. 1) it took 10 minutes for someone to even greet us. 2) we were told our seat was ready, we got up from sitting and then the guy gave our table away to someone else and made us stand and wait another 10 minutes 3) our server forgot our appetizer

The Baltic Restaurant is one of favorite dining experiences due to the atmosphere, quality of food, amount of food & pricing. The service is very attentive & very friendly. An overall excellent experience.
We have traveled as far as NJ for an upscale authentic Polish Restaurant. Nice to have found this gem so close by.

We were the first patrons of the day (early lunch at 11:15am) - the service was great, the restaurant is clean & impressive, however for some reason the food took FOREVER to come - even though we were the first ones. The waiter apologized but it was an extremely long wait for food. We will go back though.
It is a fabulous place with a lot of great food for the price and you will leave quite full~~it is exceptionally clean with very nice attendants & a great atmosphere!! The food is excellent!!!

To start it was almost colder in the restaurant than outside. The place is beautiful though. Our server was very pleasant. They seemed to have changed their food a bit since they moved from Farmington ave.It was good but not like it used to be.
Restaurant was not busy. Only 3 tables and we waited 1 1/2 hours to get our food. Way understaffed!
The server, Bridget, was super. There was a pianist/violinist that was very good.
