Service from all employees was very good. You can tell it was cooked at the moment we ordered because the food was very fresh.
The waitress got my order wrong, I asked for light cheese and she put it in as extra cheese, so not only was I unhappy with the taste of too much cheese but she also charged me for extra cheese.
Their salmon is consistently excellent. Their chocolate mousse is very good.

Waitress asked if we wanted soup or salad with our meal. We both got soup, but were charged extra for the soup???? The waitress was very very nice, but then she touched our bread to make sure we took it home with us. We did not want it, but said nothing. The cashier people did not seem very happy.

My daughter's mac & cheese was TERRIBLE. Bland awful taste. Curdled with lumps. She could not eat it and ordered a burger. We did not complain. Waitress Brenda brought the issue up to management and must have requested that cost be removed from the bill. It was not. We were told many employees even complained about the taste. Management cannot be too smart knowing that restaurant would be rated on restaurant.com.

Very busy. We ordered sandwiches and waited probably 25 minutes to get them. The food however was good and the waitress very nice.
Service was great. Food was excellent. Salads were crisp and fresh. Crab cakes were good. Loved the soup. And I also had apples as a side dish and loved them
ate there many times before, this time was as good quality as other visits. Our battered cod was greasy, and only one piece of cod was served. Other times we had two.

Waitress Voolah was terrible. Her service was the worst waitress service we ever had. We had to wait a long tine for everything. She forgot appetizers, once she walked away we did not see her for 20 minutes. She gave the worst customer service. Not on top of any thing. Very unfriendly.

when ordering a burger/sandwich at a diner one, tends to get fries. Not here and you will pay 8.99+ for a burger. Not upfront when using certificate. cash only and this was after the meal, not expressed in the notes when buying the certificate.

The waitress didn't know what the soups were, brought out cherries for cranberry sauce for the turkey. No sauce for my flounder had to ask and all our mashed potatoes were Luke warm. Never use to be like this.

This was my first visit in more than five years and was pleasantly surprised. We had lunch and each entrée was exceptional so we are planning to return. I was also impressed with the bakery items since I had forgotten they featured them and will plan to use this location for future bakery needs.

The food is DELICIOUS!!!! Every dish was wonderful and the portion sizes were very good. The meal was worth every penny and I would definitely dine here again! Also, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

We only ordered burgers and it took a long time, considering there were only 3 pother parties in the diner
Our order was completely wrong and we had to wait double to wait for it to be remade!
Went on a Friday during Lent. No fish but a blacken salmon sandwich.Waitresses we're sure we were waited on.

It was sad to see how the Country Squire had so few people. The waitresses were standing around (four or so at one time). The door to the kitchen was open and one could hear shouting and the kitchen did not look very attractive. We felt the bood was better in the past. The salad was excellend and so were the stringbeans almadine.The checken croquettes were not as good as before and there was not enough sauce. The meals are more expensive and we think some desert should come with the meal, especially to celebrate Valentine's Day. The patrons could be offered a pudding or jelly or scoop of ice cream.
The food is good. My only complaint is the size of the coffee cups. They are too small. A coffee drinker likes large mugs and Hot coffee.

The restaurant needs a redo. It is dark and old-fashioned. My friend had never been before and her apple french toast was dry and huge. her scrapple was overcooked. My soup was delicious and so were the stuffed grape leaves. i also bought butter cookies that were very good.
The vegetable beef soup I was brought was very good -- although I had ordered the bean soup, my server substituted for one soup for the other when the one listed on the menu ran out. To be fair, she offered to exchange it for something else when she saw my surprise, but it would have been good to check with me first before making the switcheroo. I like all of your soups, by the way -- the issue was simply not being asked or informed ahead of time.My dining partner's portabello appetizer was described as being marinated in balsamic vinaigrette, but seemed to have been drenched in black cherry syrup instead. Way too sweet, with no vinegary tang.Her hummus and pita were fine.My lobster ravioli were good, but the sauce tasted like a diluted concentrated canned soup.Sorry folks, not your best effort.

Roasted chicken was tough. Not enough sweet potato fries (I won't get them again and they were not hot). Salad was excellent as was the chicken croquette. Coffee was weak and I would not get it again.
Staff is always friendly ... Service is great! Menu is full of choices, from Burgers, Soup, Sandwiches, Pasta, Specialty Dishes, Breakfast all day long & their Bakery is always stocked and so many delicious pastries and sweets.Had the Lemon Creme Brulee for dessert .. DELICIOUS

Stale bread, menu not correct, was handed kids menu with early birds on back but when we tried to order from that was told they no longer have early bird menu. Need to take it off and just give kids menu for children. Very confusing.

mozzarella sticks were cold (nearly frozen) in center when they arrived at our table. Chicken wings were average and a couple were a little under-done.
They seemed to be short staffed. Our waiter forgot about us a few times and forgot to bring some of the items we ordered but charged us for something we didn't order. There were other tables that were forgotten as well. The wait staff seemed very frantic and over worked.

Wife's portobello mushroom salad was perfect!! My Chicken tortilla salad was advertised with black olives. Didn't see one olive and had carrots in the salad. That was not advertised as being in the salad.

The food is very good. Restaurant.com reminded us about the restaurant. It's a little more of a drive than the restaurant we had been visiting, but in my opinion it is worth it.

Our waitress Ana was TERRIBLE. She was unpleasant, didn't get refills without us flagging her down and didn't take the proper order when someone with a dietary restriction asked for white bread and no lettuce. The food came out incorrect and she then argued that we asked for wheat bead and lied to the kitchen telling them that we changed our mind. When it was time for desert she was nowhere to be found so we walked up to the bakery section and chose our items. The nice man up there had them put on plates and delivered to the table. Prices on our bill were incorrect eg; 5.99 for a cup of shrimp bisque. Ana's terrible attitude and service honestly didn't warrant any tip at all but we were nice and gave her 10%. She then walked up to us, asked if that was all she was getting then loudly complained to the other staff. As someone who has eaten there since I was young (before the old building burned down) this was the single worst experience I have had. I will return but will not have her serve me ever again. My friend who also has eaten there for over 20 years vowed never to return.
Confusion as to what was extra, what came with the meal. Everything was extra and I ended up getting nothing with the meal except the entre. Also, they said the delivery truck was held up in traffic for what I originally ordered.

Food (western omelet) was served quickly and was quite tasty. Bill was wrong - I was charged $1 too much for the omelet. Prices in general were a little on the high side.
They dont give you anything extra with your meal. Like no FF with your burger just lettuce and tomato. Most places give you some sort of a side with a burger platter.
The french toast was wonderful and my wife loved the cream chipped beef.
I had an issue with a misunderstanding with the bakery. The manager came and fixed the problem and I was very happy with that!

Possibly the worst meal we've had at any restaurant- food quality and preparation was terrible- almost inedible. Salisbury steak (a diner staple) was worse than dog food, Food was frozen and microwaved. Chicken - both in caesar salad and a Panini was dried dried out and tasteless. Panini was soggy - roasted peppers were canned. Ordinary (but friendly) service, but this is an absolutely awful restaurant- do yourself a favor and don't go.
Our server brought out my soup without bringing out my wife's appetizer until several minutes later. Then later on, a separate server walked by our table and loudly dropped the "F" bomb for several patrons to hear. Seriously???????

They did not have Multiple items on the menu. We had to ask for a drink order to be taken. Kids meal looked like a good idea until the chicken came out and looked like it was cooked several times.
2 of our dinners were good, and the other 2 were awful. So neutral is the average. One of our sons ordered prime rib "medium" and it came out more done than "well done"

the cashshere said we had to pay in cash since the certificate said cash only. at all other places we paid with credit card and had no issues. can you explain what cash only means? on you certificates?

We were very disappointed in the meal. The hot turkey sandwich was sliced luncheon turkey, the mashed pototoes were bland and had beef gravy instead of turkey and it was the first time I ever left behind cranberry sauce.

I ordered the seafood combo. The scallop had to be sent back not cooked. The mac and cheese was stuck together with grease pooled on top. I sent that back as well. I was charged the wrong amount for my meal but it was corrected when I brought it to their attention. The waitress was pleasant and apologized for the problems. Not her fault. Won't be going back.
We were only given one piece of bread each by a server. In most restaurants, if bread is provided we are usually given a basket.
