Very attentive, perfect waitress!
We love Randis, but were highly disappointed tonight. My chicken franchise was tough. Had to send it back. The iced tea tasted like water. The chicken picatta also had one tough piece of chicken. There must be a different chef because prior to tonight, it was always delicious. The waitress was more interested in talking to her friends at different tables. I asked for grated cheese and when she finally brought it, she just threw the dish down. I am so very disappointed especially because we brought a third person.
The five of us each had a different dinner and we all loved our choice. No one was disappointed. Joey was a great waiter who explained the specials and let us enjoy our get together. Thanks Cicciotti's!
Good things = parking, plenty of seating, open windows for ocean breeze, waiter Omar was a pleasure Suggestions for improvement = seeing the restaurant in the daytime it looks like it needs some attention. The parking lot needs to be paved. The landscaping in the back is poor. The rear entry was is not welcoming and the color is grey so it would be depressing to dine in this area. The chairs are wood and not that comfortable. I would be nice to have butter for the bread. Best...the pasta dishes and pizza were really good and served hot. The wait staff was attentive. The salads are good size and could easily be shared. With just a few changes the place could be cozier and more comfortable. If in the area I would go back but not necessarily make the drive.

The food is always good, they have been established for many decades and it has never disappointed. The server however was not very good. He forgot our drinks he never brought us a ticket, and when I went to use the coupon accepted the first, but didn’t know what he was doing, so forced me to use a second.

The food was good, but the restaurant seemed very cold. I understand that heating costs are expensive, but we had jackets on in the restaurant to stay warm.
The service was great for a party of 12 and the food was delicious.
