Buffet lines are always clean. Food was fresh, nicely and very tasty without being too spicy, but the "hot' Salsa did a good job of warming up everything we put it on. Our waitress provided extra Salsa and was very attentive.

the man waiting on us was very slow and just didn't seem to care that we had a M.D. appointment. We asked him about the timing of ordering cooking and eating and he outright lied about the time. The man playing the instrument was very good and he got the entire waiters tip. The food (when we finally got it was good) but the waiter should really get a different job that he might enjoy. The place was not busy while we were there but it took forever and I don't think it was the cook that caused the delay. We won't EVER go back

Buffet was well stocked and food tasted great. Good variety of Salsas too.
It took over one hour for the food, from the time of the order, to get to the table! The servers were rude and careless. No one apologized for the extremely long wait time!
Be prepared to wait awhile for your meal. Each is prepared fresh and it is not fast...but it is worth it. I think we waited 35 minutes on a Sunday night.
The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and nice.
We love Garibaldi's for authentic Mexican food. The staff is always accommodating. And the food is hot and tasty!

Food tasted great! Steak slices were cut with the grain instead of against which made it harder to chew, but that's nitpicking. Everything tasted very good.
