Our waitress seemed “out of it”. We were not informed of the specials. We asked for more napkins and she brought us one. One! I asked 3 times for a box. It took forever to pay due to the fact that she disappeared. My husband ended up paying at the counter.

not much attention from waitress, waiting for water, had to ask for flatware, baklava was hard and awful, didn't like the taste of our sandwiches, my brother thought your fries were the worse he's had
I didn't care for the Veal a la Tosca, specifically the parmesan cheese batter.
Wonderful food and staff, Carol and Summer are the best, great breakfast and the best turkey sub in town!!
I went to dinner with my boyfriend here for the first time. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice, dim lightiting, small tables with candles, very cute. The service was not the best. The restaurant was not too crowded when we first arrived, took ten minutes for someone to pour our water, and although we asked they could not take our drink order. When the waiter finally came he appeared stressed (which working in customer service I can understand it can be stressful, but you have to leave that behind you and move onto the next person). I asked what type of dry white wines they had and I was handed a wine list and he walked away. Finally got our drinks and ordered. The service seemed to pick up after the drink incident which was a plus. For an appetizer we ordered almond crusted calamari, for entrees we ordered veal chop and pumpkin ravioli ( because I like to try the most obsurd thing on the menu. Calamari was average nothing to rave about, my boyfriend didn't like that the veal was fryed and that was not part of the description from the menu. The pumpkin ravioli was absolutely delicious! Overall it was a nice dinner nothing to rave about but won't be in a hurry to go back.
The restaurant was freezing cold and the staff claimed there was nothing they could do without exhausting the kitchen fumes into the dining room.Really?

Service was extremely slow and there were only a few other diners at the restaurant besides us. Waitress was very nice and courteous but took forever to serve us bread while we waited ridiculously long for meal.
Very clean well decorated the staff was very welcoming when we walked in and it continued for the whole dining experience.

wait staff wear sneakers, ,, could not remember what wine I ordered ,,waited too long for the food .. the busboy was the best service person seat cushions need to be replaced,,not clean and flat Anthony during the week gives great service
The food is really bad. We ordered 2 entrees and did not eat one of them because the pasta was not cooked and the salmon is not edible.

Food is excellent, as was service. Located on a quiet side street and always mostly empty, so not much atmosphere in that sense, but food always perfect.
I've been to Aleo a few times and have enjoyed it every time. The food is good and the service is attentive and professional. I will go again soon.

Everyone was nice. My simple order took a hit to long to prepare. The hummus was disappointing. It was way too bitter. The chicken salad sandwich was incredible though! So I have serious mixed feelings about this place.
