Hubby & I shared 20 wing (took 1/2 home). I had the grilled redfish with cole slaw and Steak fries. Hubby had the Cottage Pie Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. Will recommend this place to anyone.

The food was excellent and the service was too. We brought some friends there for their first time and they say they will come back, shepard pie, fish sandwich and a couple of burgers, awesome fried artichokes and onion rings and the suds was great. Had a wonderful evening.

Although the food was good; the portions were smaller than previous visits. The steak sandwiches were not overflowing as in the past and the cottage pie’s content was not as large. Also my friend ordered onion rings instead offries; but fries came with his sandwich. Ethan quickly rectified the issue and we were not charged.
Server was very good.... informative, attentive, and helpful. Ethan was his name. Onion rings were a major disappointment-lesser quality than the frozen supermarket brand ! Onion Soup was exellent ! Steak fries were again, a dissapointment-mealy in consistency and taste. Cottage Pie was good.

We brought some out of town people to the ice house pub on a Saturday night. Our server, Ethan, was the best server ever! Our out of town guests included a Marine fresh out of boot camp. Our server Ethan had served in the Navy and he engaged our Marine in conversation about their shared service to our country. Our food was great as well as the service. We certainly appreciated our experience.

We had a dog, so we ate outside. The waitress brought a dish of water for the dog when she brought us our menus. She was awesome! The food was very good. I had the grilled chicken Philly, my husband had a chicken buffalo sandwich, and my daughter had grilled redfish. We also had fried okra. We sampled a couple of craft beers and finally decided on an Oberan and a black and tan. Nice place.

We go with a large group to play darts, have a couple beverages and eat. We get great service. We are snowbirds and go there once a month for the 6 months we are in Florida.

If you can get seated in the old ice house section of the restaurant it’s a much better atmosphere than the back dart board section.

Our waitstaff was pleasant, very attentive, and service was great. I ordered Fish and chips (I substituted fresh broccoli for the fries) and it was very good. My husband had wings and rings. Wings are always yummy. Onion rings tasted like the fat frozen kind... wish someone in town would serve up the real skinny hand cut onions like you find in New England.... and I lLOVE the chicken tortilla soup, but never seem to find the right day??

We all enjoy Ice House and the food. We do not go as often as we’d like because the service ranges from adequate to very slow. We are in the area before events or flights and always go out to eat, but have to bypass IHP because of the service issue.

We always enjoy Ice House. The food is good and the service is very good. Just a nice place for lunch while in town.

Very cordial and accommodating. I had questions about the history of the building and the management and staff took time to speak with me and answer my questions.
We were there for there for 4 hours of darts and dinner followed, great time. John is wonderful at running our darts and our server is Ethan who handles all of our service throughout the day is one of the best servers around. We love this place, we go monthly with 40+ people. Highly recommend for a great time

The outside of the dish was hot, but the inside was stone cold. We had to find a different waitperson to get it replaced. It was terrible. Use to be busy there, but with bad service and terrible food, it's gone down hill.

The overall experience was good. Service a little slower than I like and the food is a little overpriced.
Fun we were there for Trivia night. Food took way longer than usual and my steak sandwich was dried out and barely warm.

We got 20 wings (best price in town) and the fish and chips, which is Cod instead of a trash fish. I highly recommend both. Our server, Kailey, was awesome. Her timing was perfect, never an empty glass for more than a minute. She is personable without being too chatty.

We have had the sweet potato fries with our cod dinner in the past. This time they came with sugar all over them which we did not like or appreciate. Advice from the waiter of sugar or no sugar would have eliminated this. Also, the cod this time tasted greasy. Do you have a new cook?

We sat at the table clear in the back to be near the dart boards. We were told that there was no wait service back there. We had to get up and order from the bartender.

Upon entering, our friend asked if it was happy hour. The hostess laughed and said “we don’t have happy hour” .. as if to say, we’re too good for that! Our service was quite slow. The dart room was busy, but that should not affect the service in the restaurant. It was early evening. and not very crowded.

We were seated in the dart room and there was a family with younger children who were just obnoxious, screaming, yelling, acting like they must act at home. The children were in their teens. We finally asked them to settle down, but management really should have handled the situation.

Had the hot honey wings that were excellent! Very crisp and spicy. Hubby and I both had cottage pie along with a side of asparagus. Everything was hot and delicious. Finished off with the warm chocolate cake. Yummy!
Waitress was slow and inattentive. Bill was incorrect. Friends didn't get their food in a timely manner. Had to ask twice as to the status of their order,
some of the food wasn't as warm as it usually is but we understood because they were very busy and had large parties to feed.
We were there early, so we had our choice of table. By the time we were leaving, folks were lined up at the door waiting to be seated.
Monday night is trivia night, during the winter or snowbird season make a reservation the day before. Get there around six so you can eat before you start trivia, trivia starts at 7:30. It’s a great experience, I recommend it for all Ages

Dined mid pm....not busy at all. My burger well done and server said..wee I put in for med. like you requested.... did ask if I wanted to recook..also all our fries were not cooked thoroughly.......I was 2 bites away from finishing my burger at the time....at that time my mayo came out...sad day for ice house usual quality. I do know better so no doubt we will return.

Only 1 issue which was trying to dine with the screaming of kids and adults at the fooseball table. Think that should be shut down during dinner just as the pool table is.

We love the Ice House & regularly take people that have never been there before. The fish & chips, cottage pie & burgers are great. They have an excellent list of beers, although we were a little disappointed with the stouts they had tonight. Hopefully they'll be getting some higher alcohol stouts soon!

No wait for a table. New waitress that had been there less than a week was super friendly and provided excellent service. Even when she then started getting a few other tables she was back to see if we needed anything. She will do great. Choice of beers is excellent. My husband ordered one right away, the waitress brought me a few to sample then I picked one, great service. The food came out in a timely manner and the portions were large and cooked to order. We even had a chocolate chip sundae for dessert and that was great too!!!

Service was fair. Took a long time to get our drinks. Appetizers were almost done before order was taken. Buffalo chicken sandwich had mostly bread and a very small amount of chicken. A order of FF cost 6.00, seemed a little expensive.

Need a few lighter sandwich options such as wraps. Bought a growler for $25 which the bartender said was insulated and it is basically just a tin can. Should give a discounted price when you fill a growler. Especially the 1st fill.

Service not as good as usual. Initially our server said "what do you want?" but when given a puzzled look, he changed it to what can I get you? The service was very bad. we were told to seat ourselves, which proved to be a challenge. People were standing by as others were settling their bill and grabbing a dirty table as soon as the previous party left. So we followed suit. we then had to wave a waiter down after a 15 minute wait. The waiter told us he would be with us in a minute but took another 15 minute before we called him back to the table and asked that he get someone to at least clear our dirty table. He said he would but that took quite a while too. I should have just walked out because what was to be a quick dinner turned into a nearly 3 hour bad experience.

Wait time for food was much longer than normal..an hour from the time it was ordered. My cheeseburger was excellent. The other couple enjoyed the fish and chips. My wife ordered the cheesy tater tots and said that they were bland. Very little bacon on them. Mainly tasted like just eating plain tater tots. Her Caesar salad was drenched.

The food was fine, but service was nonexistent. We were seated quickly but then the service ended. We were seated outside on the patio which was fine, but the servers rarely came back to any of these table from what we saw. We had to ask the bus girl for water and eating utensils. We ordered an extra meal to go when our food arrived and it was over an hour before it was delivered. As we waited, no one asked if wanted another water or any beverage. In fact, we were basically ignored until we stood up which then another bus boy attempted to take our table. There were plenty of empty tables outside so this seemed rude since we were still waiting. Now we had to stand and wait another 15 minutes for the meal. When we finally got home, we discovered the take out order was missing toppings and was burned. Too bad as we used to love this place and always took our out of town guests here. Unlikely to return.

We have been to the Ice House before and always enjoy it. We had two minor problems this time. They forgot our onion rings and we had to ask for them again. We didn't complain, but they compensated us anyway by not charging for them. The cottage pie was cold, but they correct that right away too and it was delicious. We tried to sit inside the restaurant but with 6 boys playing a game, the noise level was so intense we had to move to the patio where it was chilly. I guess it was more important to have the kids play than have the guests enjoy a little conversation. I like being out with kids and families, but we all felt this was way over the top.

the staff is always amazing. I do not like that, as non smokers, we can never enjoy the outdoor patio. One smoker can ruin the whole outdoor area. There is no reason smokers cant go around the corner and have a smoke. The inside is okay, a little dark. C'mon, its Florida. Everyone should be able to dine outdoors without a cigarette ruining the dining experience.
If you like craft beers this is the place to be. 26 on tap plus a great selection of bottles. The food is always good and you just can't beat the service from the bartenders. They are a lot of fun! if you're into darts they have a lot of dart boards too.

The British pub atmosphere is always fun. They offer inside and outside seating options. Outside is under a covered roof, and has TV screens too. Service is good; the staff are friendly. We like the cottage pie (beef and chicken), fish and chips, etc.

We got onion rings for an appetizer. Hot and crispy. We ordered burgers, chicken fingers and the cottage pie. Everything was excellent but the cottage pie was not as good as I remember. I think they changed the cut of meat they use. Waitress was attentive and quick with refills. Bartender does not know how to put a Guinness head on a hard cider (black velvet).
Restaurant wasn't very busy but the server was SLOW! We wanted refills and never got them b/c he never came to check; wasn't very attentive at all, was disappointed because it was frustrating and we wanted a nice family meal out.
Gina was a wonderful server, unobtrusive but right there for anything we needed. Playing darts was a fabulous way to interact with our visiting friends. We had fun.

The four of us ordered different items from salads to sandwiches. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Had to take some home. The only problems was with service. While it started out well, it faded as we ate our meal. Mike was there at first but no so much later for drink refills. When using the Restaurant.com coupon, it took three times to get it right, Mike did not handle it after the first problem and the final solution, the manager on duty seem to think it was an imposition, slapped the bill down and stormed off without a comment or conversation with us.
We went for Valentine's Day and had excellent service and food. The atmosphere is hip and fun. We played darts, foosball, and other fun games for free while we waited on our food. We all enjoyed our fantastic food and the Cheese burger is absolutely the BEST! Highly recommend....
We were out at the patio on a cold day.the main door is on the side with signs indicating that however MULTIPLE people came through the folding door to the patio blasting cold air into the area. Establishment either needs to get a better door, or better signage.REALLY annoying!

Valeria is the BEST server we have encountered anywhere in FLORIDA! It is sad to see her leave but know she will do well wherever she goes. She's a class act for such a young lady. We will continue enjoying all the Ice House Pub offers, and know we will receive great service, but it won't be the same without Valeria.

Ihave been here several times and always would say all was excellent. this was not the case this time. burgers overdone, service exceptionally slow, even waited for 35 minutes after we were done with dinner to be even considered for the check to be brought to us. knowing full well this is not the norm we definitely will return.....but maybe not too soon.
We sat outdoors, as we were told that there were no inside tables for 3. The hostess was not very friendly. Our waiter was excellent & accommodating, however. We also saw others being seated inside.

It's a nice pub, however it seems they have gotten on the bandwagon of encouraging patrons to bring pets. When I leave my dog at home to go out for dinner, I prefer not to eat with other's animals. Just my preference, as I said, it's a nice pub.

Rachel was a terrific waitress. Two of our members are hard of hearing, she showed patience with having to repeat a number of items. The cheese platters, the fish sandwich, the chilly and the salad with anchovies were excellent.
Food was good, server was awesome, other patrons were a bit annoying. We were there with our 3 kids and no one had a filter on their mouth. It was Saturday night, but it was early - 7pm - they just weren't considerate.

The Ice House is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always excellent, we've never had a bad meal there. Sometimes though the service isn't that great. They seem short-handed sometimes, which creates a wait.

The atmosphere was different from the usual sports bar type. Service was fine. I have worked in the restaurant industry since age15. I have done everything from Diners to5 star serving. The food was very over priced. Some of the other guest burgers and philli sandwiches looked of good servings. Maybe we just chose the wrong things. Since it was our first time, who knew? Unfortunately, it will be our last time.

Food was ok, waitress was great. The manager was very rude. We were told to seat ourselves so we did.The table needed to be wiped and there was a young man wiping down the table next to ours. As he started to walk away I called him over and asked him to please wipe our table. He looked at me and stated, " you should have waited to be seated." I explained to him that the hostess told us there was open seating. He looked at us, wiped the table, and walked away...no apology....very rude!!!!

Service was slow as they kept forgetting to bring condiments. Food was fair price and very good. The waitresses were not efficient and did not think about what they were doing. There's not a lot of good dining places in the area. We chose this place because it has many great selections of craft beers. Friendly and upbeat not your typical senior hang out.

When I asked about it she said it was an additional $0.99. We ordered it and it was good. I think she should have asked if we wanted cole slaw for the additional amount when we ordered it.

Always love the chicken tenders tossed in a honey hot sauce with blue cheese on the side. So tender and delicious! The only comment I have is that the cheese and meat platter - meat cut way too thick so we mentioned it to Allison, our server. She is fabulous by the way and remembered my name when I arrived. Liked the atmosphere, but the table was wet when we arrived...so all our belongings stuck to the table & I can't really judge if it was clean water or not...It was interesting to have the waitress say that she never saw anyone finish the whole plate (beef pie) before-well now I felt like a piggy. LOL Wine was expensive! $8/glass is expensive by my measure. Sports on TV, but no NFL package for Sunday Football. We may eat here again, but not oftenas prices are a bit prohibitive for a native-prices seem to be geared toward tourist traffic.

Great selection of beers. Tonight I had a bottle of old engine oil, one of my favorites. You can get them to make up a six pack of different beers to sample at home or bring as guest gift. My husband and I had our usuals. I hit fish and chips. However, they allow healthy substitutions so I had my fish blackened instead of fried, and substituted a side salad for the chips. No upcharge for the substitutions. Tonight was fairly quiet which was nice. This popular place can get very crowded and noisy. We ate on the outdoor patio which was added last year. Dart lovers this is the place for you.

We were 3 adults, 2 grandchildren in early 20's & 1 grandchild 12. Kids had a great time playing darts and foozball. Food was very good even the picky eater who got bangers and mash liked the food. The 3 of us who live in FL had been there before but visiting family from PA had not and they really enjoyed themselves. The young women who waited on us was outstanding.
Hamburger was very good, the alternative to chips, the onion rings were very good but an additional cost. Two of us had the fish and chips. We would have preferred a side of coleslaw, but they were out of it. The alternatives to chips all carried an additional cost to a dish that was a little pricey. The cheese and meat plate was excellent much superior to the other entrees ordered.

We eat here when on vacation in FL. We like the atmosphere. The food is good and plentiful(too much for seniors). Some waitress are more personable than others and the tip(gratuity)would be adjusted accordingly, but that is already on the bill. At least that is what I think the service charge on the bill was.

We always have a great time at the Ice House Pub. Embiance is great, food is great, service is great. They should offer a Happy Hour which I'm not familiar with if they offer one. It's not advertised if they do. Most restaurants in the area offer one.

The waitstaff is excellent. We go there at least once a month and if we have visitor's it's a must. Word of advise since it is now season and everyone seats themselves if you don't see a table, make sure you go to bar and be put on a list or you'll be waiting while other people who came in after you get your table.

Quaint little touch of Ireland built within the walls of a very old working Ice house built in the late 1800's. It was rebuilt following Hurricane Charley in 2004. Nice family atomsphere. Great community events place to visit.

We were very happy and will be back. The artichoke apps were delicious. Our server was very busy, therfore, distracted. A problum in our opinion. Attention to sales & detail was missed.

Very dissapointed with volume of meal in comparrison to the price. Chicken cottage pie had only 2ozs of chicken and all mashed potatoea...Very dissappointed

menu was more limited than we thought and while fruit and cheese tray was good plus the desserts, prices were higher than usual for us. we can go for a meal for less than their prices without the coupon.

Cottage Pie was bland, mostly potatoes, scant gravy, very unhappy with the quality of the food. Complaints to waitress and next day to the manager on the phone with no satisfaction.
Our server was one of the best. She made our night very special.When anyone is visiting we plan on coming back. My dad who is 94 has been ill and we got to take him out with his Grandchild and they enjoyed your beer selection. He wants to know when we are coming back so I know he's going to be a repeat customer.

I took my sister and her husband with me to the Ice House. It was their first time going there. They were worried because they have two small children and were worried it would not be a place they could enjoy. They were very pleased with the food choices and atmosphere! They will be going back again! My husband and I have been going there for a long time. We love it!

The table that is closest to the pool table makes it impossible to play pool without totally bugging the people sitting there. What is the point in having a table you can not play on???

Typical bar food menu but the quality is great. We enjoy taking guessts there for the experience of the pub.

Great food, service, atmosphere, and live entertainment the night we visited. The beer selection is incomparable - we love the 4 beer sampler and try new and different brews each time we dine here.

This is the 2nd time the service was terrible. Waited at least an hour to be served "onion rings" while waiting for a table.
It took 2 hours from the time we entered until we left. Our order was lost and we waited about 1 hour before getting our meal. Waitress was very apologetic. Other than that, everything was good.
Once we found it, it was all great. I think that I would go back again and order two fried atichoke appetizers...I am still thing about those and can't wait to return!
We had a great time at the Ice House, our server was maybe a little wet behind the ears, however very sweet. I ordered the fish & chips the fish was not very good however the rest of the meal (appetizers & desert) was excellent. My husband ordered the cheese steak that was delicious, I wished I ordered that.

Great English pub - we went with a couple who has moved to Florida from England and they thought the fish and chips and cottage pie were spot on! Great beer selection, food was incredible and 10 dart boards!

unfortunately it was a very long wait for a table (over an hour); a free appetizer while waiting would have been nice
waitress didn't ask us if we wanted a second drink. had to ask her to check on our meals since they were delayed quite a while. took her a long time to ask if we wanted our bills. food took forever to get. tables around us who ordered after us were served before us. food is very good.

The service was the worst it has ever been. I had an empty glass for almost 45 minutes and no one asked me about a refill. Plus, they didn't have any Magic Hat #9. By the end of the evening we had three waitresses and there was one poor waitress picking up the slack for all the others. The sad thing is, it was not a full house.

Great pub, good selection of beers and ciders (now has Crispin hard cider on tap) and excellent Bangers & Mash. The certificates say good for Dinner only, but as the server told me, they do not have a separate dinner menu, so was ok to use for lunch, too.

The Ice House Pub is a favorite of mine. I go there weekly to play in the dart leagues. The food and service there is always fantastic!! Not to mention the vast array of tasty beer!

Number one on my list for Pubs.Exceptional service from server (Allison)who is very knowledgeable. It is always super clean and the food out standing and plenty of it.I would highly recommend The Ice House to all my friends most go there too. My choice is the 4, 5 once sampler.

Wanted to try several beers, they were out of 3 we requested. Server did not write down the order and forgot the requests. Desert was dry.
