I though it would be more food
We were seated then had to wait for our order to be taken. The food took a while in coming also.
Server did not come back to check if everything was ok
The order was wrong, the waitress was uninventive. The food came out in waves. Then when I ordered my correct food I was given food and was told to dip it into the hot sauce (I ordered the buffalo chicken tenders, was given chicken tenders with hot sauce)
No one at register to greet or checkout. And husband said broccoli tasted weird. And his Turkey meal was boring.
We went when there were only a few people dining. The service was great, the food was great. Others times we have ate there the place was packed and we did not have such an enjoyable experience
We got a carry out order of a Garden Omelette with American cheese, instead of Cheddar. When we got it home, it had hash browns inside, and no cheese. Also, there was no syrup for the extremely done pancakes, which this IHOP has a tendency to do anyway.
Were disappointed in the shakes we ordered after lunch. $4.99 for a shake should have been more than just the size of a "SMALL" cup of coffee.
Food was good. Service was better than usual. Manager who processed the sale took a very long time to approach and seemed bothered by us. There were only 4 tables occupied.
The person who prepared the food was excellent. This was the best, most perfectly cooked food we've ever had at this IHOP. my omelet was fluffy and hot, and my pancakes were perfect. My daughter's chicken sandwich was also cooked perfectly, juicy and not overdone. Our server said the cooks name was CJ. I hope he's there every time we go in the future!

Prices have gone up. Not worth it. I even had a $10 off coupon and bill was still high. Will save my $$ for some place fancy.

Always have to wait for cashier to arrive so that we can pay our bill. Waited several minutes this time along with 2 other parties -- no explanation given to us -- should have just walked out w/out paying!

food and service were good. we would go back! we were there for breakfast - both got omelets and pancakes. no complaints.
My steak and cheese was over cooked.
Waitress was very attentive to needs considering I had 3 small child with me.
I ordered 1 of the specials, with strawberry cream pancakes. It had 2 strawberries, very little cream, and the pancakes were over cooked, which I have noticed many times at this IHOP

very poor service. waiter took our order and did not come back until dinner was over to drop the check. manager had to bring us our food. all at once. we ate hot soup and cold dinner.

I would appreciate it if the cooks would understand what crispy means with bacon. It rarely is done as requested.

I loved the atomosphere. The candles flickering made it very cozy. We were surprised to know that with the specials and entrees, you get soup, salad and dessert. That was a great deal. I would definitely go there again.

Food and service were excellent
In spite of the fact that the restaurant was so busy there were people hanging out the front door,we were seated quickly and immediately greeted by our waiter. He was friendly, kind, attentive and patient.
We had 4 young children. The restaurant was not busy and we waited just under 45 minutes for our food. Vegetables did not come out with my husband's dinner and his soup came after he began his main course.
A little slow on getting the food.

We gave our order and waited 4o minutes to find out they gave our order to someone else. The waiter was very good. When we received our order it was cold. Every time I have eaten at this restaurant the food is never hot.

We have eaten here about 1x a month for the past 3 mos.
Our waiter was excellent and food was really great. We were without kitchen temporary and we received an excellent breakfast. Thanks for Ihop in Culpeper Va.
The food could be better. The crepes that one of the dining group ordered were burnt. The service was great and my entree and sides were good.
