Great food and service, as usual
Sauce was flavorless. Asked for no cheese in my wrap, they added it anyway. Cannoli cream should have been firmer and was a bit gritty instead of smooth. Chicken was good. Calzone had red sauce and calzones should have ricotta and mozzarella and it was missing that. Garlic bread looked like a white pie.

The food was truly delicious. The Italian Special Sandwich, Shrimp fettuccini Alfredo, and grilled chicken salad were all prepared fresh and tasted sooo good! The staff were pleasant, attentive and professional. I will be returning to this Original Italian Pie Restaurant!!

This is not the Taj Mahal but our waitress Alicia was great-very professional, polite, informative, and attentive. We live in Rhode Island and have the best Italian restaurants, their Italians dishes were very tasty and the portions were huge. Truthfully a salad and one meal could feed two; and their garlic bread which is an eight inches cheese pizza was excellent. Alicia was honest about their dishes and constantly checked on us delivering water and napkins. We took home enough food for a second meal. prices were not expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Absolutely love their pizza dough! It's the best I've ever eaten. I don't think it matters what toppings I get on my pizza. It's all good! Also love the mediterrean salad and the garlic bread.
my favorite dish Sergio's gulf shrimp with pasta did not taste the same as I had gotten many times before. Different and not so tasty. Not sure why. Tasted as if it was a boxed sauce instead of fresh made. Salads were good and garlic bread was good as always. our birthday group of 16 had to be split into 2 tables which was not good. We wanted to watch the football game but were told both tvs were not in service. Big disappointment.

Our waitress is hands on every time. Very friendly, and the service is always fast and very pleasant. We enjoy the family friendly environment.

This location is my grandsons favorite location. The four year old (who is a picky eater) can't enough of this pizza. His favorite is Chicken Alfredo with bacon.
It was too warm in the dining area. Barely any a/c. Couldn’t wait to leave bc it was too hot. Food was very good

Customer service rep taking the phone order was very rude. Order eggplant pizza and the eggplant was not cooked.

The food was not as good as it was before. The pasta had no seasoning at all in it. When I inquired about it I was told you don't put any seasoning in the pasta. Thought that was odd. The pizza was as good as last time either
The wait staff wasn't engaged much with us as they were with other patrons in the restaurant. The waitress seem nonchalant when we asked about certain menu items.

Waitress was great. Was kinda surprised upon entering to see plants sitting in big glass pickle jars. Gave the appearance of "cheap." The pizza was great though! Also tried the garlic bread and it was fantastic too! Must be the dough. Very soft and great taste. I find the layout of the beverage area was not conducive to fast service. The beverage area is located across the room opposite the kitchen and cashier area. Makes it very inconvenient for the one waitress.
We had the artichoke pizza and white pizza and both we're absolutely delicious. We also had the seafood ravioli and sausage, pepper and onion calzone, again delicious. This is even after having to drive 30 minutes to our destination and not reheating any of it.

The food is delicious, portions generous and price is very reasonable. The only thing that bothered me is that it was hot in the restaurant - didn't seem like the a/c was working properly.

I phoned in our to-go order. I was greeted with a courteous employee who explained what I needed to do in order to utilize my Restaurant.com coupon. Upon arrival, the cashier was very nice and helpful as well. She also explained where else locally I might be able to obtain coupons for their establishment. My food was already boxed up and waiting for me. And my car smelled WONDERFUL!

Excellent service but they weren't prepared for two large groups to show up on a Monday night. Our server was the only one and she also was the busboy and the cashier. Our food took a little long to come out, although the food was excellent.

The shaker with the parmasen cheese was given to us to use which we use on our pizza an the cheese was spoiled,which 3 slices of pizza was ruined. Wasn't happy at all.

We waited over an hour to receive our food. The waiter kept apologizing and was very nice. He was the only person on the floor and it was apparent he needed help, but none was available. It was obvious that take-out orders were being filled, while we waited. Very frustrating.

The waitress is amazing, she is so kind and makes you feel like family. I don't know how but she always remembers what I order, even with all the changes. The food is great.
They were short staffed and the poor waitress was running around like crazy. Definitely too much on her. Waiting tables, taking phone orders, etc. She was extremely nice and we didn't mind waiting. She kept a great attitude considering what she was dealing with. We'll definitely go back because of her and the food was good.

When we had it removed from the bill, we were offered no other food items in return, but the bill reflected a similar price to what we originally ordered. There are 3 other Italian Pie restaurants in the New Orleans area that are MUCH BETTER and this location is a disgrace to the others.

we would like to try this restaurant again.
The Flood is usually very good. We did want the crust on the thin pizza crispy. The waitress asked us if we wanted is crispy and we told her yes. The pizza crust was anything but that. It was real wet. I also was disappointed that the vegetable pizza and the italian pie combination was so full of olives I did not like it at all. We ate in and brought most of our order home to eat. The waitress was very nice and gave good service. The chicken was also very skimpy on the salad. The pepperoni pizza however was good. Thank you

This is a truly wonderful restaurant. The food is superb and they go out of their way to fix a dish to your taste. Also, the service is the best. My husband and I highly recommend the Italian Pie to all our friends.
