The store was clean. The service was great. I explained to the cashier that it was my first time ordering from Jets and using the app, she explained how the certificate worked.
Server or cashier wa very helpful and knowledgeable and explained the different types of pizzas and offer deals for family of four thanks again!

Well for one thing every time I call to place my order they tell me how long before I can pick it up. Every time, I never have to wait. The pizza is always ready, it's great and the staff always very friendly and it's close to my house.
Wasnt at all happy with the value. I paid $16 for a pretty bad pizza.

We love Jet's Pizza which is why I purchased the coupons. However, we usually have it delivered. Today, we went to the store which is hardly what I'd call a dine in restaurant. We order pizza from them every week but do not "dine" at the restaurant.
We tried the Aloha Chicken BBQ pizza for the first time. Fantastic.

We ordered sandwiches which we were told would take about 10 minutes...but took closer to 30 minutes because the meat was frozen.
Joliet location is more of a carry-out place.Got the Deep Dish Bread and the Triple Cheese Turbo Stix.They were both ooey-gooey, crispy-crunchy greasy-cheesy deliciousness!

Whenever I go to Jets, the service has been very prompt and courtious.
They messed the order up by missing ingredients.I'm not a fan of the pepperoni--- just too greasy and made crust soggy. Will try different crust and toppings next time. If not good 2nd trip, probably won't return

We had never ordered before. We were out and about and thought about ordering so I went in for a menu. I'm not sure if it was the owner or a manager that day but the individual asked if I had ever ordered. When I said no he promptly asked if I'd like to try/sample a slice (they sell by the slice for lunch I know for sure). We were probably gonna try them anyway but that gesture put it over the top especially seeing the pizza is very good. I recommend getting the turbo crust. It's an upgrade and cost a couple bucks but well worth it !!! Their boneless wings and triple cheese bread was really good as well.

Similar to Little Caesars, Dominos. But menu is far more extensive. Sandwiches, salads, etc. Ingredients are very fresh and good quality for fast inexpensive pizza. Salad was excellent.

ONE PIZZA WAS NOT AS ORDEREDCOULD NOT GET THE ATTENTION OF ANY EMPLOYEE TO ASK ABOUT THE INCORRECT PIZZA. WAITED TO GET SOMEONE'S ATTENTION. THEY WERE BUSY AS IT WAS A FRIDAY EVENING, BUT SOMEONE SHOULD MAN THE CUSTOMER COUNTER ON A FULL-TIME BASIS DURING THE BUSY TIMES.
The Pizza was fantastic.
I picked up my pizza and it was ready in the time that was given. Very good thick crust pizza not to heavy and very airy crust.
