I called in a takeout order. The employee seemed a bit stressed and scattered brain while taking my order then told me they were just really busy. She said 30min. I gave them 50 min as I could tell it may take longer. I show up and my food isn’t ready. She said she forgot what sides I ordered. Instead of just helping me until finished at the counter, she kept taking care of others while I waited. I asked about dessert options and she came back with one option, so I asked for a couple side salads, she had to go back and make them. Comes back out and takes care if other customers. After 20 minutes (thinking it shouldn’t take that long for my sides), I step up and ask if I could pay and she said I couldn’t it was a safety thing or something. I looked at her mind boggled and asked was my food not ready, I ordered over an hour ago. She liked at me confused, asked my name of the order again then went back to check and realized JT was all sitting there, just needed to be bagged up. There were two other employees that could have handled the flow of take out orders that were showing up while she finished mine. They only had 2x tables with people Dunning in. It wasn’t that busy.
