Food was hot and delicious! Service was better than average and we had a great time. Prices were a little on the higher side, but with the coupon, all great! We'll go back for sure!!!!

We went on a Tuesday night when it was not busy. But the restaurant itself and its location in the entertainment district and very near to the pro football stadium and the hockey arena are geared in my opinion to younger adults and those in their 30's and 40's. Being seniors, two times there is more than enough. I must add though our waitress was outstanding as indicated below.

Even though it was lightly busy on a Thursday evening, I thought the place was noisy for the number of people. However, to be reasonable, I realize the place is in an entertainment district next to the hockey stadium and the customers are going there for a good time. Also an NBA playoff game was on.

I had the fish and chips. I should actually say I had the batter and some fish. You could feed a small family with the amount of under-cooked batter that I peeled off the fish. The fish was okay. The fries were okay. The service was good, but I was there so early I was the only one eating. 1/3 of the batter would be fine. This was just overwhelming.

Went with large group of people for a birthday celebration. the staff were very nice during our visit. Food was great came out quick and was hot. I personally hate when you order food at restaurants and it comes our cold. Had no issues using the restaurant.com certificate.
Our group stopped in for appetizers and beers. The MollyTots along with a couple sandwiches and sides and salad were all good and enjoyable.

The waitress never brought us our appetizer until our meal was actually done so we did not get a chance to enjoy your appetizer also she did not bring us nor offer us a baby high chair as we had a one-year-old with us so we had to take turns holding her while we were eating as well as the food was poorly seasoned did not taste very appetizing it was either too salty on the fries or no seasoning whatsoever on the burger or the fish and chips or the tenders I was completely appalled by the services of other took too long to bring the things in the right order or they continually forgot things I will not be eating here again
Fish/chips, burger/fries and tator tot appetizer = over $50. Had i not the certificate for $25, i would've been upset. Couldn't eat the fries. Fast food wouldve been cheaper and better

Our waitress was really a sad excuse for a server. She never checked to see if we were satisfied and had everything. She never refilled our water or asked if we needed drink refills although she did at the larger tables.
Service was fair, food was awful and way overpriced. Corned beef and cabbage had uncooked cabbage, mystery meat with teriyaki sauce. Drinks were weak and insanely prived. Has been once before and been unimpressed, thought it worth another try with coupon. Nah.

The Hostess, Cassidy, was great. However, the Server was very rude and unprofessional. She displayed an attitude when questioned and was short with her responses. In addition, the establishment did not have a "drink menu" to offer.

The potatoes were INSTANT that came with the steak. Not what we expected. Kind of a bummer for almost $20.00.Advertised happy hour drink was t even available.
They now serve instant mashed potatoes. The surf and turf now has 3 small token shrimp instead of 4. Owner is cutting corners too much to save money and instead he is running off customers. We won't be back to mcfadden's or his other restaurant - Calico Jack's (where he did the same cost cutting measures. They serve canned refried beans over there!

We got there to find we were the only people in the entire place, and found out why. Waitress (hostess) acted like it was an imposition that we showed up. She didn't know what beers they had on tap, so I went in to the bar area to find out from the bartender. The drinks were extremely overpriced - $21 for 2 beers and drink. The food was not fresh - just stuff you warm up off the frozen food truck. The total bill was over $70!!! WAY too much for what you get here.
Our waitress was really sweet but I'm afraid maybe she had too many tables or something. It took forever to get our check and pay. Also, the restaurant was out of Mac n cheese and corn dogs on the kids menu.

The food was good, but over priced for what you got. The veggies came out late and my husbands french fries were cold. They did bring a fresh batch that was good. The menu did not have very many choices. We were charge full price for drinks during happy hour. Drinks were also overpriced compared to other restaurants.

There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and she was acting as the hostess as well. The food tasted like it was from a can and the atmosphere was dingy and rather dirty.

The menu posted on the website was wrong. I picked this restaurant based off the menu. Very disappointed when we got there. The items we wanted were no longer available for 3 years!!! We asked about it and the gm told us to bad this is what we have. When deciding on dinners we again had to change them due to them only having 4 steaks available. Mind you were we one of 2 tables and it was early in the evening. Waitress repeatedly said it's not my fault but with a gm on site he should have done something. We ended up ordering a bunch of nonsense to fill my purchase obligation which if the menu on-line would have been correct I would have purchased a lesser value. So needless to say I feel I wasted my $100.00 gift card and paid $125 additional for an overall bad experience.
Chicken was raw. Could not have been cooked for more than 30 seconds. Garlic fries were drenched in garlic powder. Not edible. Half of us received good food, the other half was awful. Had to send two plates back to the cook.

Elena was courteous, outgoing and professional. We have eaten at McFadden's several times because we are Coyotes' season-ticket holders, but the menu is different then and the restaurant.com certificates can't be used. We would come on a non-hockey night because of the restaurant.com certificates, especially in view of the length of the drive.
Seems like they mostly cater to the drinking crowd. Of the few non-bar food (sandwich, etc.) entrees, 1 wasn't prepped and 1 wasn't available, then after the extra wait the one ordered was made with canned veggies and other stuff of that caliber. This was one of the most expensive items on the menu.

More selection for lunch than other restaurants. but not many choices. I liked my choice the chicken Caesar wrap, but I liked my wife's Molly Cristo as it was very tasty. Portions are good sized, and we only consumed half our entrees even though they were tasty as we had the duo hummus appetizer (good, but I liked the chipotle much better than the plain.
Kelly, our hostess seated us at a lovely table by the window with a great view. Our server, Kai was extremely friendly and attentive. They were very busy, but we never had to wait or ask for anything.

The waitress and her trainer were very nice and friendly.The quality of the food however was poor.The onion rings were greasey and tasted as if they came from a frozen bag. For $10 I would expect fresh made onion rings.I ordered fish and chips. They forgot the french fries and the side salad and cole slaw were very warm. It was obvious the cook put the whole plate under the heat lamps. Why did it have to be placed under the heat lamps I don't know. The place was empty.

My soup was barely warm but I was so hungry when it came - I ate it that way. I ordered soup & a salad and they came out at the same time, I would have like the soup first. I put in an order to go which they brought to the table in a dish not to go. Then they took it back and divided it between two soup containers - not appetizing looking at all. I hope it tastes better than it looks!
I have eaten here many times... I have never been disappointed. The food and the service are the best!

Meals were priced beyond what was included. We were disappointed in the fish and chips because we were expecting real fish with batter, but received 3 flat fish patties like you put on a sandwich and it cost 14.00 per plate. Also, we ordered beef tips and received a bowl of very good beef tips on a piece of soggy toast. It included nothing else and cost 15.00. I don't think we would return to this restaurant.
We didn't realize that the entire restaurant would be watching a football game on a Saturday evening so it was a tad bit loud.

So instead, we ordered the Top Sirloin cooked medium. It came out well done and so stinking dry. The mashed potatoes had a very very weird flavor. Both of us thought we read garlic in the potatoes, but there was nothing.

I didn't use the coupon because we needed to order at least $50. it was too late they had already validated the coupon even tho I didn't use it.
The service was good. There were a couple of things that we were not thrilled with. There was no price list for our drink orders and the food was just, ok. We were hoping for something a little more exceptional than it was.

Our server was excellent. The food was pretty bad. We went to this restaurant specifically for corned beef and cabbage and a Reuben but were told they were out if corned beef! The server said she didn't know why since they were not busy at all yet. She didn't think they ran out she thought they didn't start the day with any. Very dissatisfied with the food we settled on. I ended up with a salad and added grilled chicken. The salad mix tasted like dirt like it hasn't been rinsed and the chicken was actually hard. My husband ordered a patty melt that was tasteless. I am quite surprises this place is in business. It was Saturday night and the place was empty.
Asked for Boneless Wings, got wings with bones instead. Son ordered a Burger Medium Rare got a burger Well done. Potato Soup was very salty. Couldn't eat it. Was told we couldn't have the regular menu because a Hockey game was playing. Then it took 17 minutes to get our check and almost 20 minutes to get our card back so we could leave.
One of their specialties, Sheperds Pie was the worst I ever tasted.

I had already read the reviews about McFaddens online and although they were not good, went with a open mind. The reviews were dead on with what we experienced. It was super dead and service should have been superior. The crew was extremely young, inexperienced, and lacked customer service. It took forever to get food and drinks as well the server forgot to bring out my salad before my meal. When she brought out all the food together completely disregarded the fact she forgot my salad, put the salad in front of me saying "oops here you go I forgot this" while putting my hot entree across the table.
Food was good just not outstanding. The drink prices-even during happy hour, were OVER THE TOP!! Not good. No prices on menu- always a bad sign.
Bad Service, Ordered Philly Cheese Steak no Green Peppers, came loaded with peppers. After picking out the peppers there was a 1/2 a sandwich.

Our bill had the prices wrong by several dollars on items. Waitress couldn't help and took the manager over half an hour to fix! He never apologized but said they raised the prices the day before for game day and hadn't fixed them yet-it was 4pm the next afternoon! Just rude and curt.

Pretty disappointing how bad the service was and how slow the restaurant was. Drinks not re-filled, took close to hour before food was served. Childrens meals come out 20 minutes before the rest of meals. Kids were finished eating and restless by the time adults got food. Saying we will never come back is an Under statement. I will not be recommending to anyone.
Best Onion soup in the World. Great food. However because of your proximity to the stadium there is always an aura that we can do whatever we want because if you dont eat here there will always be someone else. Not a friendly enviroment although this is our second visit. Otherwise food is great and nice atmosphere.

My husband ordered bangers and mash, and received cabbage instead. Apparently they were out of mashed potatoes, but didn't bother to tell him at the time he ordered.
We patronize McFadden's for Coyotes games, but restaurant.com certificates will bring us to McFadden's on other occasions.
The food was good once we got the right order. Restaurant was not busy at all, yet our waitress was very scarce. We had to ask other servers to find her for us more than once. We enjoy the atmosphere and food, but it will be a while before we go back.

Multiple requests were made to server to change channels on TV, never accommodated our requests. Asked for manager, he never came, but we saw him chatting with the hostess. Food quality was fair, some food was cold. Waitress not very attentive. It was not busy at the time we went and could have had better customer service. Most likely will not dine at this restaurant again.

The prices are really high. I LOVE the fish and the convenience of this place when we are going to sporting events. But, I would never come without a coupon because it costs so much. $14 for a Red Bull & Stolis? $16 for four pieces of fish and a small side of fries & coleslaw? $11 for 10 wings? But it really is soooo good!

I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. Which makes me really wonder how poor the quality of all the other restaurants your site offers. The prices were way too high for the quantity of food received. The Salmon Salad had very very little lettuce and was not worth the $14 it cost. The Potato Skins were small and there were 5 of them for $7. For being a regular sports bar, the price was too high.

The service was horrible... the food was fair, but nothing I would go back and eat. The place (structure) is really nice, but the stuff is awful. We were not greeted when we arrived, we were not given cutlery, napkins, etc until after the food arrived (like 10 min), we could have left without paying since no one was paying attention to us. When we left the hostesses were so into their conversation that they didn't see us leave... oh, well!
The service was terrible. We had to go to the bar to get refills on our water and rootbeer. We had to ask other servers/bar tender for several necessities. If this had been our first time, we may not be returning. Food was good as usual, but really disappointed in service.

Waited forever to be seated. Placed at 2 top with chairs too low to eat from. Seat had bacon stuck to it. Moved to a 4 top w/straight back chairs. Ordered med/rare steak - steak was well done & dry. Only 2 tables occupied but had to wait for waitress who had a trainee. She did inquire about meal and I showed her the steak. Nuff said. She offered to take it back but I had already eaten over half so declined. Waited long time for bill. This might be a good place to drink and watch sports but the resturant part has a lot to be desired.
We go to Coyotes games often and have seen McFaddens when it took over Fox Sports Bar and Grill. Happy hour appetizer prices looked ok but reguler menu prices such as the price of sodas were a little high. Not much of a selection on the menu and the food was average, not worth the price. Also the inside looked exactly the same as when it was Fox sport bard and grill sort of strange.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. We did not have a good experience last time. We gave it another chance. The cornbeef looks as though it came out of a lunch meat container and tasted accordingly. The friends that we were with were first timers they will not come back either. The service was not good at all. She didn't come back to give us drinks except at the very end and the place was practically empty. Last time we were there you were out of a lot of items on the menu and out of a lot of beer and the service then was bad too.
Great Server Tess
The server was good. Her service was good. Her attitude was a little unfriendly. I don't think she smiled once. The sliders were amazing. I had the fish & chips (excellent) My mom had the salmon-she said it was ok, but not anything to write home about. My son had the potato soup and said it had too many vegetables and not enough potatoes. Overall, it was good, but I don't know if we will be back anytime soon.
