Fantastic food and service every time we dine. Carry out is great as well. Friday night fish fry is fabulous.

The food was excellent! Everybody enjoyed it. One of the best coleslaw as I've had in a long time, everybody was happy with their fish, and the chicken was nice and moist. the only downfall was a reservation was for 8 p.m. and we didn't get seated till almost quarter to 9

Crowded, no parking place. Smelt were as big as perch, some were really fishy.

Waitress was very friendly. We had the broasted chicken and it was delicious.
we're used to eating at organic type places so while this was alright they offered iceberg lettuce and that's always a sign for me

We are familiar faces to the staff there, who are very professional and friendly! The food was delicious, especially the broccoli parmeson soup which had HUGE pieces of broccoli in it! We always dine here every month because of the food and atmosphere.

We have dined here many times before. The service is good as well as the drinks are well made. I had a Ribeye made a perfect medium and was delicious. My wife had the chicken which I feel is hands down the best I have had anywhere ever. Great place to go for casual dining.
Had prime rib special! Very good quality and large portion for price! Excellent soups and terrific drinks too! Service was good on a busy Saturday! Try the broasted chicken ( special on Sunday) ... some of the tastiest chicken anywhere!

The service was very poor. We had to get the attention of the waitress every time we needed something. Had to ask for the bill, had to ask for the bill to be paid, the waitress didn't clear our salad dishes to be cleared. Very poor service.

Their cream of asparagus soup is to die for, but they didn't have it tonight (*pout*) I still had a good dinner with the Farmer Jim's burger. It was moist although could not taste the fried egg on it which is why I wanted to try it. My boyfriend had the chicken dinner, which is always good. The server was excellent as usual!

I grew up in Port Washington. In the 60's perch were plentiful and every restaurant served it. It is hard to find now and really hard to find perch made as fantastic as what I had on Friday night. The best I have ever had!!

Ice cream drinks are a big part of beverage menu. I ordered a Banshee and was told that the bar tender had not turned on ice cream machine so it would take about 15 minutes to prepare. I said that would be fine. After two tries making the drink because of the ice cream being too soft, I received it. Due to melting, I think more of it was on the table than in my stomach. It was, however, very good. Will definitely return again.

This was our first visit! Food and service was good. Awesome prime rib ..The dining room is cozy...apparently the cocktails are good too, there was a loud group seated in the middle of the room..suddenly, their happy evening changed to a LOUD disagreement. AWKWARD..children cover your ears!(tightly)

The chicken & ribs dinner was amazing. My husband's cheeseburger was good; except 1/2 of the bun was pretty dried out. Otherwise, we enjoyed the food.
Appetizer was delivered after the salads. Prime rib portions were smaller than specified in menu. Prime rib was more than 1/3 fat and had little flavor/seasoning. Service was slow. Waitress never asked if we wanted dessert, just brought the bill.

Place used to be great. Servers are now rude and really do not care much about patrons. As others have said, they will not seat you until all have arrived. We will not be buying drinks nor appetizers as we would waiting for all.

Server boardered on rude. Flung food on the table. Did not ask about refills and when we asked it was like we just violated the rules. Restaurant will not sit you unless all are there. Would have ordered appetizers while we waited 5 min for person parking car. Their loss now and in future. Place has changed for the worse.

Everything but the food was excellent. We went for the fishfry, and it was not good. Soggy breaded fish that tasted like school hot lunch lines from the 60s. The prime rib(which is what we usually order) is the BEST. From now on, we'll order that!

Food was average at best. No plates provided for bread. Very loud obnoxious lady at the bar that was constantly laughing at the top of her lungs and spoiling everyone's dining experience. Diners complained but they never asked her to quiet down.

we had the family style chicken dinner. Everything was real good .I loved the homemade stuffing. Hope to go there again. West bend area is beautiful, all the people that live there should be happy they live in such a nice area with places that have good food too.

They were out of prime rib and baby back ribs by 6:30. It was kind of small and noisy. But the shrimp and ribeye steak were good.

This place is small, quaint. Nice little dining room. Went on a Saturday night for Prime Rib. It was delicious. However, don't order the twice baked potato. It's a shame they serve a frozen, then microwaved processed twice baked potato with such nicely prepared food. Guest had Salmon also enjoyed. Not the twice baked potato though. Went early enough to not have to wait for a table. Everything was good. Just found it disappointing that they serve something that prefrozen and not fresh.

Only complaint was that mozzarella sticks weren't quite hot enough and marinara served with them was ice cold. Other food was delicious and a very good value.
