Ordered over the phone and picked it up. It was ready on time and the staff was really nice.

The place is expensive for what it looks and tastes like . The food is just satisfactory. Wouldn’t go there again.
It was so hot and stuffy inside. It was considerably hotter inside than outside and the air felt almost suffocating. I recommend turning on the air circulation system, or opening a window or door. I’d also like to mention that today was my daughters birthday lunch, and she chose Riverside Cafe even though she usually chooses IHOP or Island Cafe in Anacortes. When we arrived we were checked on promptly, so that was nice. I mentioned to the waitress (just like I have at every other restaurant in the past on my children’s birthday) that it was her 11th birthday today. Most places sing to the child or give a scoop of ice cream or small piece of cake. It’s not a huge deal, but it does make them feel special. :-) Anyways, when I told the waitress this information she just looked at me and walked away. Not even a “Happy Birthday!” And obviously no treat and I wasn’t going to bother bringing it up again. I just thought it was rude, and I won’t be taking my family here again, especially on kiddo birthdays! I’m telling you, not even a smile!

Was totally surprised that the items on the baked potato (which came with the dinner)each cost extra.

We showed up right at closing time because the hours were listed incorrectly online, but they unlocked the door for us and we enjoyed a terrific meal. Great service!
They charged me $2.69 for a tiny kids drink. The chowder was weird tasting which I had to pay an extra $1 upcharge for. The garlic bread is like herb bread...not garlic bread. I don't think the food quality matches the high prices.

The facility or small restaurant converted from a previous fast food restaurant was not estetically pleasing to the eye but the food was very good and the waitress was very nice and friendly as well as very efficient.
The food wasn't good, I tried the kids lunch, and it was very poor quality. We went to McDonald's when we left as we were not satisfied with the food at all.

Ordered the prime rib. The potato and vegetables that came with were horrible, not fresh. Prime rib had lots of fat.
The waitress was very quick to obtain our drink orders and submit are food items. The food arrived hot and was very good. The prices were competitive.

Sort of a small town diner with a little bit of everything on the menu. Lots of burgers and sandwiches and pastas. Very extensive breakfast menu but we were there at 2:30PM and did not try it. Husband had the fish and chips. Decent sized fish pieces that were thick and really tasty with a just right batter. The fresh cut fries were thick, tending towards wedges but were overcooked and dark brown. I had the Philly cheese steak. Good, filling, but about a quarter of the meat slices had been reheated once too often and were crispy. Fresh,crisp and large sized side salad. Daily special was pork chops. Sounded good.
The food was very fresh, nice and well presented. The dishes are not too salty and cooked well.

The meat lovers scramble had a lot of ham and that was about it. Very bland.
We didn't think to go to this restaurant before until we got the restaurant.com certificate, but we were surprised, we had a very pleasant experience. Large menu, good simple food and not the same old/same old choices. Breakfast is served all day, and that is what we had. We will be back.
