The Rustic Mill has really improved under the new management over the past few years. The food is consistently very good, and the service is very pleasant.
Too hot in diner. Waitress didn’t ask and assumed we wanted senior dinner. We did not want the senior dinner and only found out when the bill came.

Salad was included with meal,& was a nice size, & dressing was tasty. I ordered shrimp kebobs on a skewer. My order came back as chicken, & had return it. I received my correct meal when my husband was finished(I was angry). A few months ago, I ordered the same meal at Rustic Mill, and again it came back incorrect - chicken again! Last nights error was admitted by the waitress, last time it was the kitchen. All in all the food is plentiful & tasty. I may try one more time, & hopefully they get it right!

Food is good. Service is fair. Waitress forgot croutons, mustard, took serveral minutes to get our attention to refill drinks. (same as last time) and one of the entrees we selected was out. Took a long time to be told so. Not sure if that's the waitress or the kitchen's fault that it took so long.

Overall very good. New owners have spruced up the place. Menu is varied. Food is good and portions are generous. A little disappointed that the senior menu is 62+ (I am 61) Waitress was a little off her game tonight. Didn't come back to check, and both my brother and I ran out of iced tea. Wasn't particularly busy.

The Rustic Mill is one of our go to places. Always good food and friendly service.
They told us the friers were busy and said it should take 20-30 minutes. It took almost 40 which was fine. They were out of lettuce and ranch when I arrived but they filled it quickly. Our pizza took about 25 minutes and it was burnt on the bottom with not a lot of toppings on it which was a bummer. Staff was very nice but food was ok and for the price (If I paid full price) I would have been pretty disappointed. I will come back as I have been coming for 40 years however the price keeps going up the quality seems to be going down which is sad. I would suggest the owners step up the Pizza because places like Papa Murpheys and Papa Petes chain which is sit down. LOAD their pizzas with toppings which justifies the price more.
