Always a great meal. Inviting atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. Can't go wrong choosing this place for your next date night out or large gathering of friends or coworkers.
They are always attentive and pleasant. The food is alwys very good. The restaurant is also fairly quiet so you can have conversation w/o yelling.

This is one of the favorites of the entire family. They have the best food and service!!!
Food was good but the waiter (Vinay or similar)insisted that wine was not included in the $75 that had to be spent before the $25 coupon could be credited. He cited the small print that says that the restaurant has to comply with all laws and regulations relating to the sale of alcohol as notification which was clearly wrong and presumably why he was working as a waiter. Nevertheless if this is the policy of the restaurant it should be clearly stated on the coupon.
Owners are very welcoming and were attentive our needs. Food quantity is less than at other Indian restaurants but quality is definitely good.
Food quality was not good, we ordered Chicken Tikka but the chicken was boiled instead of tandoor. I like people in Saffron but food was wrost today!!
Service was friendly and the food overall was good. Chopped up chunks of chicken featuring in all dishes seemed a bit generic though.

Los Tres Magueyes is always a good experience! The food is good, but the people who work their are the best! They take you in, feed you, and make you feel at home. I love this restaurant, we eat here all the time.

We love our local Los Tres Magueyes! A family favorite...it's the first place our guys want to go when they're home from college, as was the case tonight. We enjoyed the live music tonight too.

It was my Daughter and Son in Laws Birthday,so they used the coupon and enjoyed the food and loved the atmosphere.Only a few miles from their home.They said they will return,maybe with another couple.

Food was outstanding (and plenty of it) We took home enough for supper and I have enough for another meal on top of that. Not bad at all. The service was great. I even had a problem on my crredit card charge. (I messed up the math. I called and spoke to the manager and he took care of it then and there while on the phone.

Honestly, the food is good but I ordered nachos and asked if I can get them with beef fajita meat rather than ground beef. The hostess told me that was fine. When I got home I was horrified that the nachos were COVERED with onions and bell peppers. I should have been warned about this so I could have received my order as I thought it would come. Otherwise your food is excellent. Great family environment. Wonderful environment!

Although the food quality was good, we felt like it was not worth the money we spent. We could have went to different Indian restaurant (e.g. Persis) to get same or better quality with better quantity with less price.

Entire staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our waiter recognized us and remembered that every time we come in, we order the same dish. He made a suggestion for something different, which we took and enjoyed it so much!
Taste is not good..
Wonderful service and food! They even adapted my vegan daughters' order so it would not contain dairy! The owners and server staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! They always remember us when we dine there, too.

We arrived at 8:30pm midweek when the kitchen normally closes at 9pm, but they made the extra effort to stay open long enough to accommodate our party, which we appreciated.
The waiter forgot the orders of 2 people in our party. We ordered the food and by the time it came, the order had to be taken to go. This is not a restaurant for families.
We felt like food quality were prepared inferior because we used discount coupon and they were trying to make up the discount by charging us extra for side items which should be included with the food.
Would have rated the food excellent but for what seemed to us to be rather a lot of salt included in the sauces. Maybe it's just that we do not add salt to our food at home. Service as always was excellent.
The dishes are improving in quality and consistency and are now properly cooked all the way through and very tasty. Service is always very friendly from this family run restaraunt.

The food was great...I met a friend for a late dinner. We basically closed the place down. Emma was wonderful, and the owner checked in on us once. I thought the food was great, and my Indian friend was impressed, especially with the Lamb Vindaloo. I will go back!

The appetizer was fantastic--it was the assorted app. It gave us a nice preview of how good our entrees would be. the 4 of us each loved our entrée--2 lamb curry shanks, 1 lamb Nazakat and something else that came steaming to the table--nice! The naan bread was great---the onion one won over the other two more basic plain ones. We'll definitely be back again. The lunch buffet was great on a prior visit, too.

It is a nice quiet restaurant with frindly, attentive service with good food. My only issue is the amount of meat in one of the dishes was very limited and the rice portion was just a bit on the small side.
We waited a long time before someone the server came to the table to greet us and take our order. The food was good and the portions was plentiful. The server was very good once she greeted us. I would recommend this restaurant.

The food was not upto the standard of comparable Indian restaurants. The quantity was also too little for the comparative price charged. In addition they charge for extra rice, but provides minimum quantity which does not suffice a single person's meal. Very disappointed with the service.

It's a very casual environment, more like a sports bar. I'm used to Texas bbq but I think bbq is from a different part of the south. Not bad or good, just different.

The salad was fresh, the steak was wonderful, and the loaded baked potato was awesome. The server was very friendly. We sat outside on the deck and to our surprise there was a live band! They were great. We will go back!

The ambiance is good, the food and the service mixed. The rice was not fresh, the kabuli nan had no nuts or raisins as described. Of our three entrees, one was excellent, the others so so.

awesome food, staff and preparation of food.. server had great patience through our many changes....only suggestion is to increase the qty of chicken.. way too much curry and way too less rice and chickenajwain laccha was awesome as well....

This is a great restaurant in Charlotte, offering a wide variety of menu items and all of them at reasonable prices. I have tried over 30 items from the menu and have never been disappointed. The food taste, texture and quality are all excellent. There is a wide variety of flavors and spice levels available. There are new menu items, including Dosa’s which were added since I dined her last and they are wonderful. Each time I come to this restaurant I feel like the owners care about me as a person and I notice they also care for their other customers the same way. I see them constantly interacting with guests while ensuring the operations of the restaurant carries on at top efficiency. If someone is looking for great Indian Food in Charlotte this restaurant is a must try.
I did not think it was right that the tip was added automatically. I would have given more if it was not added already.
We enjoyed Saffron and will return. Our only comment would be that on that night, the food was very salty. The flavors of the dish are good enough without so much salt.

This is the first time I've ever had Indian food. I was a little nervous, but wanted to try. AMAZING. I have a new favorite place to eat. My 11 year old also loved the children's plate. Recommend the garlic bread also and the dough/honey dessert. OMG, so good.
The service was excellent. My guests felt very welcome and I had the opportunity to bring a person who has never tasted India food to the restaurant. She loved the food and atmosphere so much she said she will definitely be returning.

The food at Saffron was excellent. We were seated immediately and served a drink within two minutes of our arrival. I drive past 4 other indian restaurants to get to Saffron. The service is always polite, and the food is fresh with generous portions.

The staff at Saffron always makes me feel welcome and like I am a special guest. I notice they also treat every customer as if they were honored guest. Every person working for Saffron seems to go out of their way to make sure you have a completely enjoyable dining experience. I eat at this restaurant on a regular basis. The food is always excellent and the service we receive is always excellent. We are greeted with a warm “welcome” when we arrive and one of the servers a Mr. ASH is always extremely kind to us. Eating at your restaurant is one of the highlights of my week. Please keep participating in the restaurants.com program. This make is very affordable for us to have great meal at a reasonable price.

Food did not taste authentic indian. Appetizer seemed to have been reheated after sitting for a long time. Meat was dry. Naan bread did not taste good. Location, ambience and service was fine.

OUR DINING PARTY INCLUDED TWO TODDLER GIRLS WHO WERE NOISY AND WHO MADE A MESS AROUND THE TABLE BUT THE STAFF AT THE RESTAURANT NEVER MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE NOT WELCOMED AND WERE SUPER FRIENDLY WITH THE GIRLS. GREAT SERVICE!
