Shakolad is a bit different in that they redeem certificates for carry-out. I like that! I placed my order by email & it was ready for pick-up when I got there.
This is a chocolate candy store, not a restaurant, but loved it! Great customer service and delicious chocolates, especially the chocolate-dipped strawberries!

This is not a sit down restaurant. This was a chocolate place where you buy chocolate items they make.
This is not a dining facility where you sit down and eat. You find what you want and you pay for it.
Once you have had Schakolad Chocolate, other chocolates are not satisfactory.
It's a candy factory. The candy pieces are very small and quite costly. Although the quality is good I still think See's Candies is better.

The chocolate is over priced and only comparable in taste to other chocolate outlets. The employee had her cell phone and charger laying on the same tray with the log of caramel that she was using to make the turtles, not cool.

I love the chocolates they are amazing. I got a box of chocolate strawberries and a few of their Sugar Free chocolates, With the intention of bringing them home as the desert for dinner. I tasted one and then couldn't stop m; everything was gone before I arrivedhomw. Sorry guys!
First time visit and the sales person wasn't that helpful. I had asked to sample one of the pieces of candy that I was buying in the box to see if I wanted to get more of the same kind. Her reply was that "I had to pay for it before I could eat it out of the box. Then I ordered 2 small strawberries dipped in chocolate for $2.50 but she gave me 2 big strawberries so it was $5.00 instead of $2.50. My sister was with me so we wee just wanting the 2 for $2.50 not 2 for $5.00
