too expensive ordered a quart size ice cream, had a $5.00 coupon, and still paid over $8.00, meaning without the coupon would have spend over $13.00 for a quart, purchase two, but not sure its worth the trip back to redeem the second. you can go to Bruster's down the street, cheaper and taste a lot better.
The staff is always friendly, helps with selections and even on more than one occasion has offered to take a photo of us all together. It is fun for the kid to watch the ice-cream freezing in front of them. It's more than dessert, it's an experience.
Service extremely slow, took forever to make our ice creams.
I was a pleasant young man waiting behind the counter on customers and he was the only one there very slow and he like to watch the television while he was making the ice creams

tasty ice cream, fun to choose flavors, so many combinations, process takes a few minutes so if there is a large group in front of you expect to wait
Love this place!! Amazing selection of flavors and toppings, very cool to watch them freeze the cream right in front of you. Definitely going back soon!
Not sufficient add ins there were young kids that wanted to close and go home..

They had two workers. I stood in line for 25 mins before placing my order.
First visit with my granddaughter, she really enjoyed watching the process. Owner explained everything to us, very cool experience. We will definitely be back soon !!

So cool. Liquid nitrogen ice cream! I've passed by this place thinking it was just another frozen yogurt place but it's so much more than that. I recommend going of you've never been. The server was extremely knowledgable

The server was polite, courteous and made my order correctly. He even asked if I wanted syrup added to my milk shake.

The ice cream was very good. BUT I ordered a large and was lucky to get five bits. For 4.99 for a large seemed quite high in price. I thought the cup would be much fuller for that price. Glad I had a coupon.
