Because if COVID they are using plastic cups, plates and silverware...kinda hard to enjoy a lobster tail and crab with a plastic fork
Never called me after we had put our name in. Server was definitely not attentive.
I would like to thank everyone at Terry’s for taking such good care of my dad. My 92 year old dad and brother go nearly every week and the hostess saves them the seat they love by the fireplace. The waitresses will give him a hug and makes sure they get everything the way they like it. Thanks
Everyone, from the waitstaff to the owner is very friendly. They always check to make sure we are enjoying our meal (which we always are!) or if we need anything else.

Really good food and wait staff. Not as clean as I would like. And the staff kind of routine. Like going through the motions, but not too eager to interact - except the waitress we had. She was very friendly.

The waitress, I think she was Genna, was excellent. Very helpful and quick. My lake perch was excellent, so my my friends fish and chips. Also had delicious mushroom soup. I'd rate this place excellent except for the smell, like old, wet. wood.

Servers were nice. Food was terrible. I ordered the crabby chicken. It was covered with a very thick sauce. The portion was large. I received two pieces. The first one was rubbery and hard to cut. I couldn't eat both so I took one home. The second one chicken was burnt on both sides. The sauce covered it so I only found out when I got home. Terrible!!!!

We arrived shortly after 2p and were one of only a handful of tables with people. Despite how dead it was, it took 30-45 minutes for our food to arrive. It did arrived hot, so I know the problem was in the kitchen and not with the server. In total, we were there for an 1h 15mins.
The vegan menu is great since we have family that are vegan. There is something there for everyone.

We took a break from Terry’s a couple of years ago but are sooo happy we gave it another shot. Manager always checks in to see how things are going, everything is so clean andthe food is awesome!!!

We've found the food served during the dinner service is far better than the food served during the lunch service. Unfortunately, it's the opposite when it comes to the actual servers, but we chalk that up to how much busier it is during the dinner service, though that's not a real excuse. We've had many of the menu items and absolutely love the food served during the dinner service. For this reason we often recommend Terry's to friends and family.

We love Corrine and Shelly also always checks on us to make sure we are enjoying our experience there.

We had originally purchased a $25 coupon for Macy's dining room but you informed us they were no longer accepting coupons so we opted for a $25 to Terry's Terrace. Unfortunately, when we printed the coupon it came in three parts - $10, $10 and $5. We tried to use the coupon last weekend and were told we could only use one coupon per visit, which means we have to make three trips there to use our our original $25 coupon. We are not happy about this.

The food was beyond sad, the saga Nike as a crispy coating on it. The Redskin potatoes are not Redskin potatoes, the ribs were full of fat. My husband got the fillet tips and they were awful. It is obvious this restaurant has gone to buying frozen food from Gordon's

It was Friday and busy. Food was good, service was good. I ordered vegetable instead of potato, I reminded her and she said she would get it, but it never came. All in all, dinner was a nice one.

Portion of pancakes was 3 regular sized pancakes for $6, should have been 6 pancakes. I get 6 pancakes at Original Pancake House and they are top quality for $6.

Our server, Corrine, is wonderful. Very friendly and even remembers what we order on a regular basis. Management always visits the table to see if everything is going well.

Waitress was very inattentive. She was young. At one point I when she was taking our order a young man came up behind her and distracted her physically and she walked away in the middle of taking our order. Very unprofessional. The service was slow also. We received our main entrees before our coleslaw and had to ask two people for our coleslaw. We also had to ask our waitress several tome for our drink before she brought refills.

We come to Terry's about 1-2 times per mth. We request Mary the server every time since we have had great service EVERY time she has waited on us. This was the first time we ordered mashed potatoes though and they weren't that good. Also, not sure if the tarter always had capers but it seemed better without them.

Waited over an hour for our food, "ran out" of hamburger buns, ordered sauces on the side of entree which we did not get. Waitress claimed she forgot. Manager was very nonchalant and didn't care when I complained. We will never eat here again!

The food was cold and the prices have gotten very high. Having a coupon for only $10 doesn't cover much. Even with the rewards card you are supposed to get a free meal on your birthday...up to $7! Not many choices for that amount!

for the first time service was very slow. I think that they were understaffed for the evening. Our waitress was good once we were discovered at the table. It seemed to take a long time to get our bill.
The manager visited my table on several occasions and made sure the service was good. It's a good thing because the waitress was lacking a little. I will say we were not an easy table to wait on.

When we walked in we were not greeted, we waited a bit so we assumed we could just take a seat. Then one of the men asked if we were looking for a table as we were walking. He directed us the the "desk" to check in which was at the opposite end from where we entered. We walked up, I'm assuming it was a waitress because she did not say one word to us proceeded to process her paperwork and before she walked away she said. " She will be back in a minute".
No one was in the resteraunt and it took 45 minutes to get the food out. The food was good to fair not bad and not very good either.

The Schnitzel could have used a bit more sauce. It was probably better for me their way though. The servers were very attentive and made an excellent substitution for items out of stock without charging more for the replacement choice!

They give very small portions of potatoes, potatoes are CHEAP they can afford to give a lot more than they do. Sometimes other portions seem small too but food tastes good.

We ordered drinks and it took forever to get them and they were not busy. Did not care for spinach dip and chips were stale and most were crumbs, hard to eat dip with. My husband had French onion soup which he said was to salty and a burger which was average. I had chicken sandwich which was pretty good. Prices seem a little high.

The Terry's Terrace we loved is gone. The funky decor is gone, the divisions in the dining room make one feel closed in. The soup was salty, the wonderful Cobb salad is small, the perch was just crust, overdone, the filet medallions were not described well, very small , no sauce, yuk! One order messed up, so we all had to wait for one person. Too costly , should have stayed near home at Irish Coffee! Won't return.
We were there around 7pm with our 2 young kids. There was a bar fight (more like yelling, shoving, and getting kicked out) while we were there. Our server wasn't friendly and made us feel rushed. Kids meals don't come with drinks, $3 per juice!
Very disappointed in that the special of the day did not come with a side. Just a sandwich. If you wanted a side you had to pay over $2 extra. They also charge you extra $1.59 to put some blacken seasoning on the fish. Then when the fish came it was a very small piece of fish.

The waitress, I believe Debbie, was so concerned to be waiting on several tables she did not take care of the individual tables. We had to ask for the rolls. Two parties who arrived after we did got their meal before us and also left while we were just finishing ours. She took care of a couple that arrived at least 20 minutes after us before we got our meal.

Called ahead for reservation. The restaurant was not very busy but we were still seated in the middle of the restaurant although booths were available. Service was very slow and server was very unattentive. We rarely saw her and our order took forever. We sae several other tables come and go while we were being served.
We haven't been there in about a year. Place redone, looks nice, food good (always was), but the prices have gone up a lot. Without the gift card we could not afford to go their often.

Their lemonade tasted awful, even to the other person I was with. Also, the coleslaw dressing was runny and had absolutely no flavor. It was like eating plain cabbage. I returned both. The lobster bisque was the best I have ever had!

Was given incorrect information from both the server and the waitress re: cost of beer. Also, menu has changed, i.e., free fries with sandwiches BEFORE 3 p.m. but after that time, you have to pay for them. The same holds true to lettuce and tomato on burgers. What sense does that make? Too many strange rules.

If I were a sports fan or if I wanted a neighborhood bar I'd love Terry's Terrace. The food was tasty and well prepared, the portions were small, the server was cool, I'm tepid about going back.

The ribs were inedible.The sirloin steak was tough.The waitress did not know the difference between oil & vinegar and red wine vinegarette.We used a gift card and were told we had to pay tax in cash. Ridiculous!
