The menu is small but there are several specials to choose from. The food is good and the people are friendly. The one unusual habit there is that the silverware is brought to the table after your food arrives.
They're always great at remembering faces that come around fairly often. Gave my daughter a birthday cupcake (AFTER birthday PANCAKES) lol but it was sweet (literally and figuratively).
the waitress and the food were excellent. Go hungry because the portions are huge.

The service was good and the food was very good. The only thing we thought was very odd was that the eating utensils came after the food. It was almost as though you needed the food to cool a bit before eating so you were forced to wait a minute. Maybe they felt everyone was to wait for all to be served before eating. Not sure!
Food is good and prices are too! could do something to block the cold air blowing in onto the seats when someone opens to door to come in. Every time the door opened the frigid air bit the our backs.

Small restaurant, limited seating. Almost always a wait with no place to stand to wait but outside in any weather, and under staffed. But the food is very good!
We would definitely go back here again, the food was great and the waitress was superb.
The owner, Jean, is a most welcoming hostess. She makes you feel like one of the family.

We got there around 9:30, and it was busy. There were two servers waiting on the tables and counter very efficiently and very friendly. We noticed that there were mostly regulars there as people were greeted by name. Even though it was busy, we were served in a timely manner and not rushed to finish. Would definitely return if we are in the area again.
The staff makes you feel like you are one of the family. They couldn't be more friendly, especially the owner. Food is excellent as well as the prices.

We love this place and go there whenever we are in the area!
This little, but amazing place is now one of our favorite places to go when in town. My husband orders a meal and our 8 yr old daughter and I share a large salad and club with chips and pickles. We end up bringing home the chips and half of the club because there is so much food. Great price, great quality and great service.
Always amazing food. Would not mind seeing homemade corned beef hash. It's an amazing feature to have.

My wife and I look for places where we can have the local experience and enjoy what the "regulars" enjoy. The people was great. The owner was great. The biscuits and gravy was the best that I've ever had and believe it or not I topped off my breakfast with an excellent piece of pecan pie! YUM! I wish I lived close by.
