Normally I would rate it as excellent, but today the chocolate chip cookies were so hard I could not take a bite out of one. I traded them for a delicious chocolate brownie.

They messed up our take out order, and we had spaghetti with red sauce instead of Alfredo. The lasagna was not done in the middle and doughy, and the bread was overdone on the edges (black)

Amazing customer service by the young lady on the front desk. She was helpful during our entire visit. She did anything she could to help us starting with helping make a food selection we would like to recognizing our needs while we were eating. She held our desserts in the 'frig for us while we ate and then brought them to our table when we were ready. And, Oh yea, the food was great, the prices were reasonable and the restaurant was very clean and pleasant.

Pizza was really good and the lasagna was pretty good but the spaghetti tasted like school lunch and the alfredo sauce tasted fresh from the jar.

Google maps put us over a mile away from the restaurant so I called them for directions. They were very helpful.. The food was hot and prepared "al dente'" . The bread sticks were garlicy and unending when dining in. The portions were generous. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the restaurant was clean and informal. Will definetly visit again.
Called in order and still had to wait over 20 minutes for good to be prepared.
You need more restaurants to pick from. Same restaurants for 3 months.

We both enjoyed our meal at the Spaghetti Shop. Our food was served hot and quickly. The staff were all friendly and efficient. One of the staff came by our table and asked if we were doing okay.

It was a little chilly in the restaurant, we ate with our coats on. My husband had the ribs and said they were very good. I had the Seafood platter, which had a nice amount and selection of fish, shrimp, and scallops with three different sauces to dip in, but, all the seafood was overcooked. It wasn't burned or anything like that, just overcooked, so it was not as tender as it should have been. The waitstaff was WONDERFUL and extremely friendly and personable. It appeared there were a lot of regulars in there because the waitresses were chatting with many of them and it appeared they see them regularly. Must be a good place, then!
