The guacamole taste like it came out a bag. I would never buy it again. My friend spilled her drink. The waiter whipped everything on the floor in front of out booth. It stayed there till after we left. The manager was nice enough to replace the drink. The staff is great!

The service on the plates were good and responded fast. However any additions to the meal were short because after the plates that was it for service.
It's Yucatan Taco Stand! What else needs to be said? I have been twice this month alone and have had the Best time during both dining experiences. The Food, Drinks, and overall Vibe is Awesome!

The queso was the only satisfying bite we had. Very disappointed from our last visit over a year ago.
We have been here many times. This time however the service was very slow. The quality was fine and the actual person who served our food was very kind. But details like , we had to ask for the usual chips and salsas to get them and the time it took to even get our drinks was too slow.
The order was wrong- the host didn’t get everything we asked for.

The restaurant was loud (music) and not very clean (French fries on the ground at multiple places).
The Diablo shrimp had no sauce, had to ask for it and the sauce they gave us wasn't even the correct one. The place was almost empty for a ,Saturday night and service was nearly nonexistent compared to other visits we have had there.

This was the first time we chose to sit at the bar for food and frozen margaritas. Great service! And as always, the frozen margaritas are among the top 3 we have found in Fort Worth.
long wait to order food and table was not cleaned after 45+ minutes of waiting.
It's usually awesome, but last night it was late ( after 10) they were out of tea and mango tea, we got our food before we got our chips salsa and guacamole which was odd the place was maybe half full at best.

The food was excellent but the place was noisy. Don't know if this is an issue with the restaurant attracting less than considerate people or if there is the need for some kind of noise dampening.
Chimichanga was served ice cold from fridge. Had to send it back then it came out beef instead of chicken. It also took a really long time.
Our to-go order was missing a taco. Thankfully, I checked prior to leaving the store.

Good food in an open atmosphere. All you can eat with a twist. Waiters come to you table with different meats/seafood an spits and cut slices for you. Food is well prepared and seasoned. A bit pricy though, but with Restaurant.com affordable. Should try at least once for unique dining experience.
Not your typical Tex-Mex fare. I'm still looking for a favorite dish.

no person to person waitstaff - order as soon as you walk in and then NOONE else came by to see how we were doing... a to go order was placed, and was just dropped off without saying nothing.
The food was the correct temputure, appealing to sight, & a good portion; however one person in our party got the wrong order and had to wait 10-12 minutes for the correct order.

We love the pumpkin borani appetizer and all of our entrees were wonderful as well. They included the Mantoo, the garlic lamb and a mixed kabob. We sat outside which was beautiful and the service was great too!

This is a very noisy and dark place! Service was quick. The best part of the meal was dessert-the creme brulee was fantastic. The mashed potatoes were to spicy. Not the biggest fan of having to wait in line to place your order though. Overall SO-SO
We have dined there multiple times. Food is consistantly good. It can get a bit crowded, so we look for off times to ensure a table. It's nearby which is a big plus! They could use some new padding in their booth benches and the acoustics are not friendly for conversation, but all in all worth the visit.
The food here is consistently good, and the atmosphere, while it can be a bit loud at times, is congenial.
We were there at lunch time and the music was so loud we could hardly have a conversation.
I love being able to use rest.com certificates at this restaurant, but whenever we have a crowd we go with or without a coupon. This is a great restaurant/bar!

The food was so good ! Our server Victor was wonderful. Always had a smile and very cheerful. It was a great place to hang out with the girls for good laughs, food and drinks. The margaritas are to die for !
We were especially impressed with the woman who took our order. We told her it was our first time and she kind of walked us through. I liked the food more than my wife. She had hoped it was more spicy. She had the mahi mahi and I had tacos. Her side item with her dish was excellent. It kind of looked like mashed potatoes. The creme brulee was also outstanding. The only thing we noticed that wasn't good was the lighting over the tables up front by the windows. We had to change seats because I couldn't even read the menu.
Friendly service and fast service. My only disappointment was that they discontinued one of my favorite meals. The roasted chicken with grilled vegetables.
This is one of my favorite FTW restaurants. I love to bring friends here for their first time. The food and service cannot be beat. Thanks & Happy Holidays

a bit pricy and we were waiting on the final member of our party to arrive...since you have to order at the counter this was not ideal due to the fact that we had 2 children with us who are used to snacking on chips when we eat at establishments that serve comparable food. Over all everything was ok, just didn't expect to have to pay for chips and salsa with a full lunch order.

The nachos are huge but tasty. Except we did ask for no jalapenos and ours were covered in them so the kids didn't get to eat dinner.
Those nachos are killer. I can't wait to try the cocktails.

The food was very good and nicely presented on the plate. The staff was adequate. The acoustics in the restaurant were the downside. It was so loud, it was hard for us to have conversation. I did not like the noise level. If I wanted to visit with someone, I would choose another restaurant. We were at a convention, so it wasn't so important to have a lot of serious conversation.

Yucatan is one of my favorite restaurants. Having the Restaurant.com certificate allows me to visit the restaurant more frequently. My entire family joins me often because we just love the food. The margaritas are great too.

A+ Awesome, my wife & I were blown away with the this small Local Caribbean Food Restaurant, and the excellent original choices on the Menu, and the overall vibe and ambiance was very Comfortable as well,..menu items were a little pricey, but overall, was a good experience & We can’t wait to go back!

I usually love the food, but the mahi mahi was very dry, and the brazilian steak chimichurri was well done and cooked through(not good). But I would be willing to give yucatan another chance, just not those entrees again.
I work across the street from Yucatan and dine there often. My co-workers, spouse and I love the food and enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Too expensive to have no server at your table. All servers are only in the bar. You have to get up and go into the bar to ask a question and they are very rude. The person who greeted us was rude as well. All employees except kitchen delivery person were rude.

Although our overall dining experience was excellent, two in my party mentioned that Yucatan could have been cleaner.
They were very busy with a large lunch crowd. Ordering was quick and efficient. Service to the table was fast and friendly. The food was very good. We will go back.
I love the food and the server we had with the dark spiky mohawk type hair, he was incredible. There should be some kind of signage for first time visitors...it's a zoo, and it would be good to know to stand in line, order all food and drinks, then get a table, etc...cocktails are in red shirts, other black shirts do food only and told us we had to go to bar for drink (wrong!!)...very noisy, busy and warm...would like to have a way to get apps first then entrees, but no way to make that happen when you have to stand in line and order all your food at once..manager very good...food the best around!!!
The only thing that would improve the place would be to be able to sit down and review and menu and order as opposed to standing, trying to look at an overhead menu, expecially when there is a large party.
