Although surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night service was great. Unfortunately out of chicken for Mexican night specials. Wings are good and the kids enjoyed their carry out burgers.

Our Bartender/Server, Barbie was delightful. All four of us had the Weal Burger and usually it is excellent, last night it was just ok. Overcooked and not a lot of flavor.

The atmosphere was fun and inviting, great burgers and staff!
Friday morning fresh made clam chowder was awesome!

Appetizer platter was a great way to start with a nice variety to curb the hunger....although we did enjoy an excellent cocktail to begin our evening. The sandwiches (Reuben and crisp chicken) were very good but too big to finish and too good to waste so utilized their take-it-home box.

It was a neighborhood bar with extremely loud heavy metal music, limited selections for a dinner, rough around the edges. The bar burgers were fantastic, and our server couldn't be nicer.

Great little bar with wonderful, low-priced food. Perch is great, the sandwich special for $6.95 had 3 pieces perch, lettuce, tomato...reubens are generous and delicious, cost $6.95 plus $1.75 for crispy, hot fries. $2 beers to boot!
This is a nice little bar with the kind of food that you want it have. Nothing special, just burgers, sandwiches and finger food. All of it top notch.

A classic neighborhood burger and sandwich tavern. But on what looked like a slow Wed eve, they were already out of their famed corned beef by 7pm. We'll try it again, though, based on others' great reviews. the other 3 liked their patty-melts and burger, but mine was not as hot as it should be, cooked more than the med-rare ordered and came w/o the ordered cheese. Fries were good, but the onion rings were dry and hard and again not hot.

We ate outside looking at Mt Brighton. Off the path a bit, so hardly anyone was there - probably busier during ski season. Food was great and prices are VERY reasonable - great value! Service was great. It's now called Ore Mountain Grill and the place looks clean, fresh and new. Recommend for sure!

neighborhood bar: but blase waitress, drunken, loud and profane patrons (and this was at 6PM), slow service, ok food; won't return, but thanks for the opportunity to experience this NOT at full price!! YAY restaurant.com

They where out of spinich atrichoke dip** only had thousand Island salad dressing and where out of soup** the staff was wonderful-effeicient and friendly** I brought a friend who"s first time it was_ he liked the burger though

This is definitely not a family restaurant but more of a bar with regulars and dart leagues...dark, dingy & outdated.
We will be making The Weal at the very least a weekly stop from now on!! The food is outstanding and the service is as well. Cant wait to go here again!!
