Entrée costs not for the budget minded. Our bill was $65 for 3 persons for "coffee shop" dining. Only one other table occupied in entire dining room, which may indicate it's popularity. Did not have a bad experience. but would not dine there again even with a coupon.
Popcorn is spongy. Not crunchy. Ice cream cone was not worth $2:39 And it had ice in it. Like it was melted. Was froze over again. They are doing away with the cones. And Ice cream sandwiches. That were good. And have the kind they scoop up for you. to put in a cup. Or on a cone.

I would say excellent, but the popcorn (caramel) was a little chewy...I'm assuming because of the humidity, but just not as good as usual. Otherwise, everything good. Staff is always friendly!

While Wells Street Popcorn isn't a restaurant, it is a purveyor of delicious caramel corn. We thought we were going to find a competitive match to our favorite Garrett's caramel corn varieties. But sadly Wells Street Popcorn is completely nut-free which is great news for the minority of people that have nut allergies, but hugely disappointing for those who like almonds or pecans mixed into the caramelly-buttery deliciousness for which this celebrated coated popcorn confection is famous.
The popcorn is round,like balls. Not like the kind you make at home, or buy at other stores. And a lot more expensive. I would not pay the full price, even with Restaurant.com, not sure if I would buy from them again.
